Today's accomplishment .. A mai nap eredménye

...so today's accomplishment is this: the blocks have been delivered, the crane arrived on time and the blocks are being lowered into the basement area just right now. Not bad...Good thing it is "just" 95F today.
...szóval a mai nap eredménye: a betontégla megérkezett (nem is tudom, téglának illik-e nevezni:), a daru is itt volt reggel időben, és most éppen pakolják a raklapokat a basementbe...jó kis munka...szerencsére ma már "csak" 35c-os meleg van..

Látom halad az építkezés és bírjátok annak ellenére, hogy 40 fokok vannak.
Cserélhetünk 1 pár napra itt max 20 fok van,éjszaka 10 fok alatt (persze Celsiusban!:D)

Bence, egyelőre küldök egy kis virtuális meleget, OK? Még tartja magát a jó idő, ma is 33c volt :) legalább gyorsabban köt a beton...:) már 5 lábnál (kb. 1,5 m) tart a basement fal, alig várom, hogy a "földszintre" érjenek.

Küldhetsz is, itt nagy szükség van rá:esik,hideg van de nem akarok kánikulát, olyan 20C lehetne mert azok az "idők" is elmúltak amikor délután pólóban jöttünk haza a suliból:D
És most Murphy sincs ellenetek úgyhogy mehet ezerrel a munka és talán behozzátok a lemaradást:)

The big day:) / A nagy nap :)

Yes, the big day is here: we started the demolition on Monday, June 7th! The previous night was crazy, we had to clean out the whole house...Even though I had started it quite a few days earlier, still there was a lot in there. Clothes in the closets, kitchen utensils, lots of canned food in the pantry (I wonder why on earth we have to keep so much stuff in the pantry) folders in the file cabinet, toys,  you name it...Travis came over to help take out the big pieces, like the stove, TV, refrigerator etc. We were up till midnight, so exhausted by then that could hardly move :) We just pulled out everything, put them in boxes, not caring any more about sorting things...Now most of them are in boxes all around - in the shed, in the pool (this is our new storage place, it had been drained,of course:-) I'm sure it'll take days till we can find everything we need :) After the long, tiring day, we fell asleep really quickly in the motor home :) Monday morning came fast, the demo guys
