Another "treasure" /Egy újabb kincs...:)


Another "treasure" that we found in the garage...just kidding :) Actually this old land cruiser has been parking on the driveway for years...
Egy újabb kincs, amit a garázsban találtunk...csak viccelek:) ez a terepjáró évek óta a kocsifelhajtón áll...Talán el tudjuk adni valami antikvitás-kedvelő és bütykölni szerető embernek :)

Aki keres , az talál :) Lehet, hogy egy használaton kívüli repülőgép is előkerül ? Érdemes tovább kutatni, minden zugban :)

Making progress

So we met this contractor last Saturday, but before that we had a fun adventure. As we were dropping off Easter Service invitation fliers of our church at the neighborhood, we came across a nice house with a few features that we plan to have. So Wayne rang and a lady answered the door. It turned out that they were Christians too. We made a compliment about their nice house, adding that we were planning to remodel our house too and we liked the features of theirs. The lady was like, oh my husband is a contractor and actually he's done all the work on our house. They even invited us in and showed us around...the icing on the cake was that it turned out that the husband was Croatian (I could tell he had some European accent:) and after I mentioned that we were from Hungary, he said 'oh, then we're neighbors' . I like these little “adventures” or coincidences, I know there are no coincidences though. Anyway, back to our meeting with the contractor. I can tell that it wa...

Still alive and kicking:) Még élünk és virulunk:)

The living room is Noemi's "ballrom" now:) - a nappali most éppen Noémi bálterme:) master bath Master bedroom...who is that ballerina? :) Szülői háló, és Noémi "balerina" :) tiling is done in the kitchen - burkolás kész a konyhában It's been more than a year since my last post....my bad:) Well, seems that our project is getting closer to the finish line...Thanks to my in-laws' generosity, we can keep going. Noemi's bedroom is done, so she could move in, too. Flooring and tiling is done throughout the house, now we're working on the details. Final plumbing, getting appliances, shopping for bathroom vanities etc. I can't wait for shopping for furniture and accessories...Hopefully soon:) Több mint egy éve irtam utoljára...az én hibám:) De úgy tűnik, közeledünk a célhoz.
